Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 06.02.2026, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the respondents 2 to 6 and he has filed a Memo dated 17.02.2026 to that effect. The above said Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
