This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to implicate the rest of the accused in Crime No.252 of 2014, on the file of the second respondent, who actually involved in the crime at the time of occurrence and whose name are all clearly mentioned by the petitioner / de-facto complainant at the time of lodging complaint dated 14.09.2014 and to take action against the accused. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation is over and laid charge sheet and taken cognizance in S.C.No.400 of 2015, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 302 and 506 (ii). He would further submit that in this case, all the prosecution witnesses were examined and the matter is posted for further trial on 05.10.2018.
