ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti in Crl.M.P.No.9534 of 2022 dated 06.12.2022 within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the direction issued by the learned Magistrate, enquiry was conducted and he has produced a report dated 27.01.2023 before this Court. In that report, it has been stated that the complaint was lodged falsely.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to file the report before the concerned Court and on receipt of the same, the learned Magistrate is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
