ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.114 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.07.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366(A) @ 366 of I.P.C., and 5(1)(6) of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offence Act 2012 and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the de-facto complainant was abducted by the petitioner with the help of the other accused in order to marry her.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that the petitioner and the de-facto complainant's daughter are studying in the same school and both are having love affairs.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has no previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Ramanathapuram and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 21/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
