ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20184 of 2025, dated 17.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 69 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 69 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.20184 of 2025, dated 17.11.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
