ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and there is no representation for the second respondent the first respondent, is not appeared either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1429 days in representing the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation for the second respondent. Despite notice served on the first respondent, there is no representation for him either in person through counsel.
