VINOTHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Anticipatory bail was granted by this Court as per order dated 29.12.2016 directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days from the date on which, order copy made ready, failing which, petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner produced the copy of the order, in which, it is stated that the copy of the order was made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ready on 03.01.2017.

The present petition seeking extension of time was filed before this Court on 01.02.2017.

Hence, this petition is out of time. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
