2.Mr.S.Ramasamy, the learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that pending this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent has been amicably settled and they are now living together. Therefore, he is not pressing this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. 3.In view of the above submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
