This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete his Patta proceedings in SR.No.745, dated 27.07.2021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, by an order, dated 23.08.2021, the respondent has passed a final order on petitioner's application, dated 27.07.2021 seeking for issuance of patta and has rejected the said application. The said order is placed before this Court today. Therefore, the only remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the order, dated 23.08.2021 passed by the respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

W.P.(MD)No.1937 of 2022 3.After recording the order, dated 23.08.2021 passed by the respondent subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to her under law. No costs.
