Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on 12.10.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 302 & 506(ii) of IPC r/w 120 (b) of IPC in Crime No.115 of 2017, while modifying the order dated 15.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
