Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when require for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
