Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to direct the respondents to secure the petitioner's daughter by name Sushmitha (aged about 17 years) and to produce the detenu as person or body before this Court and hand over to her parents.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his daughter/detenu, namely, Sushmitha, aged 17 years before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner herein. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu has been produced before this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through the respondent police.

3.On being enquired the detenu, she would state that she would concentrate on her education alone and she would come up in life with the assistance of her parents and she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said statement, being a minor girl, the custody of the detenu is given to the petitioner herein. The undertaking given by the detenu is recorded. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
