ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu, namely, Packialakshmi, D/o.Kalimuthu, aged about 27 years, has moved this petition for a direction to the Respondents to produce her daughter before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the detenue was produced before this Court, by the respondents police. The petitioner is also present. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is in employment at a Mill at Coimbatore and she wants to continue that job and she did not want to join with the petitioner/mother. She would further state that her mother is living along with her son, who is having a cell phone shop. mother, she has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- p.m. to her mother and she would further state that as soon as her grievance is redressed at a latter point of time, she would decide the further course of action in regard to join with her mother. 3.Recording the statement of the detenue and also recording that she agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to her mother, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
