2017 on the file of this Honourable court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.MAREES KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.218 of 2017, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
