ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition (b) in para No.6 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.21628 of 2025 dt. 02.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 02.01.2026 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai daily morning at 10.30 a.m, and also report before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai, daily at 05.30 p.m, till the final report is filed before the concerned Court and no relaxation or modification petition shall be entertained till the charge sheet is filed." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
