ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.8, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 465, 467, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.205 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the defacto complainant, their Principals executed a power of attorney in his favour in the year 2013 and on verification it shows that their Principals property were included in the sale deed dated 28.08.1998, which was executed in favour of the father of the accused Nos.1 to 3 and at that time, the petitioner-A.8 was working as a SubRegistrar.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the defacto complainant has not traced the title of his principal and filed this complaint after 17 years with bald and vague allegations.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the accused 2 and 3 were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.4829 of 2015 and it is further submitted that the petitioner is now working as a District Registrar in Trichy and at the time of occurrence, she is working as a Sub-Registrar at Panagudi.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner report before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
