O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) The petitioner, who is the wife of detenu, has moved this petition for a direction to the Respondent to produce her husband, namely, Prasath aged about 31 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner / wife of detenu, her husband Prasath/ detenu herein, who is aged about 31 years, went to his mother's house and thereafter, did not return. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondent on 26.09.2017 and since she was not able to trace out the whereabouts of the detenu, having left with no other alternative remedy, she is before this Court, seeking for the above direction.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu/husband is employed at Qatar and the petitioner herself has stated that after return of her husband, she will work out her remedy.
