ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP. (MD)No.19829 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.18903 of 2025 on 12.12.2025, dated 03.04.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for only six days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.(MD) No.19829 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.18903 of 2025 on 12.12.2025 is relaxed.
