ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 05.10.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 387, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.141 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto-complainant is the brother of the victim girl. The sole accused and the victim girl are neighbours. The accused had physical relationship with the victim girl and later, refused to marry her. Hence, the defacto-complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent-police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the defacto complainant's sister fell in love with each other. On the date of occurrence, they were caught hold by the father of the said victim girl when they both met at the backside of her house. He would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a married man and there is no possibility to marry the victim girl and hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration, the nature and gravity of offence and considering the fact that there is specific overt act against the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances in the said case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
