Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner's name is figuring in the history sheet/rowdy list maintained by the third respondent. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has not come under the adverse notice of the police for the last five years. No case is said to be pending. Therefore, the respondents are directed to remove the petitioner's name from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
