RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 08.06.2017 in Crl. R.C. (MD) No. 135/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.AMJAD KHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent are present.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit on instruction that as per the condition imposed by an order of this Court dated 08.06.2017 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.135 of 2017, the petitioner is appearing before the respondent Police on every Monday and Wednesday from 25.09.2017 onwards. He also submitted that investigation is still pending.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that totally 3 cases are pending against the petitioner for the very same offence on different complaint and charge sheet was filed in other two cases.
