ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.231/2017 dated 10.05.2018 on the file of the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 294 (b),323, 506(ii) and 109 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation and the final report is yet to be filed and seeks four weeks time to file the final report.

3. Today, one R.Balaganesan, S/o.Raja, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Karivalam Vanthanallur Police Station, Sankarankovil Taluk, Erstwhile Tirunelveli District presently Tenkasi District, filed an affidavit stating that the investigation is at final stage and the final report is yet to be filed and he seeks four weeks time to file the final report.
