(MD).No. 23331 of 2016 dated 03.01.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.

KANDASAMY Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- A report dated 14.02.2017 received from the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirapalli, reveals the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 05.01.2017 to 28.01.2017 and 30.01.2017 to 13.02.2017 except 29.01.2017 and 14.02.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation was completed and analysis report is awaited.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This petition is ordered accordingly.
