[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner has sought production of his wife, namely, Pelsia Subashini and minor child, namely, Harsan. 2.The second respondent police has produced the detenus. On enquiry, the detenu, namely, Pelsia Subashini, informs that she and her child had been thrown out from the matrimonial home and all efforts of conciliation had been rejected by the petitioner. She has now taken up residence with her mother and she and her child are well.
