ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.53 of 2015, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2015 has been completed and the final report is made ready on 30.01.2015. She would further submit that it is a case and case in counter case in Crime No.52 of 2015 and the investigation has already been completed and final report is made ready on 09.02.2015. In this regard, the respondent police has filed an affidavit before this Court stating that the final report will be filed at the earliest. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
