ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to prevent the sixth respondent or anyone claiming under him or acting on his behalf from in any manner carrying on boarding and lodging in the premises at Hotel Praniv Plaza bearing Old Door No. 41, New Door No.86, New Agraharam Road, Palani Main Road, Dindigul Town comprised in T.S.No.356/1B, T.S.No.355/2C, Dindigul Village, Dindigul Taluk, Dindigul District based on the expired License No.45 of 2018 dated 18.09.2018 standing in the name of the petitioner 2/5
and to take immediate action against the sixth respondent in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Public Buildings Act, 1985.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
