ORDER

The present petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 104 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 427, 109, 506(Ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2002.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently argued that there is no worthy allegations against the present petitioner, who is arrayed as A1.

4. However, on going through the FIR, this Court finds that the allegations against the present petitioner is one of abetment. Therefore, it is highly premature to come to any definite conclusion about the involvement of the petitioner and there is no merit in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the final report as and when it is laid, provided there are grounds https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

available to him for the same. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
