Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 to A4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 294(b) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.27 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners demanded more dowry from the de-facto complainant and also harassed her. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first accused has field anticipatory bail petition before the Sessions Court, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.2297 of 2015, which was referred to Mediation Centre and the same is pending.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

7. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 8. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
