Petitioner filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, to prefer the memorandum of grounds of Civil Revision Petition against E.P.No.45/2015 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Trichirappalli in ACP.No.213/2013 on the file of the Sole Arbitrator, K.Thyagarajan.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for R1, the Court made the following order:- This petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1000/- towards costs to the credit of 40 hours Training programme conducted by Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Bench, by today itself, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this court.

On such payment and if the revision is in order, post the CRP for admission on 02.12.2016.
