O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of his wife viz., Sugapriya @ Sundari before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that this is a case of elopment and the detenu has eloped with the face book friend.

3. Considering the above, we are of the view that no illegal detention is involved. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
