ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2152 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.192 of 2024 dated 22.02.2024. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed on him by this Court, without fail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent is also conceded to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and has not raised any serious objection to this petition.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the fact that the petitioner is abiding by the condition regularly till date, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and the condition already imposed by this Court in its order, dated 22.02.2024, is modified and the petitioner herein shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi Court once in two months i.e. on 1st working day of every two months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
