ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 427 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.49 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The case has been registered due to the land dispute between the de facto complainant and the petitioners herein. There is no previous case registered against the petitioner. 4.Taking note of these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners subject to the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
