This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3443 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD).No.449 of 2018 dated 13.07.2021 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month. 2/3
