2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 20.12.2016 onwards.

3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
