ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking police protection for securing the petitioner's right over a certain immovable property.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 & 2.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner alleges that the petitioner and his wife now shares matrimonial discordance owing to which his wife is now living separately. In the meantime, the third respondent who is the sister-in-law of the petitioner (sister of his wife) has come and occupied the said building some eight months back.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the preliminary enquiry conducted by the second respondent has disclosed that there is a title dispute over the property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is now well advised to move the civil Court to work out his remedies and nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
