ORDER

This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 27.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23060 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23060 of 2024 on 27.12.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions for nearly 25 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23060 of 2024 on 27.12.2024 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
