Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.S.VAIGUNTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 21.01.2021, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 25.01.2021 to 08.02.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.982 of 2021 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
