ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.23024 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024.

2. Mr.M.Vigneshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are working as Government Teacher in different District. Hence, the petitioners are facing some difficulty in complying the condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.23024 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024. Accordingly, he prays to modify the condition.

3. Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition only three days. Hence, he raises objection to relax the condition.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Considering the fact that the second petitioner is aged about 61 years and the third and fourth petitioners are women and also considering the fact that the petitioners are working as Teacher in various Schools, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.23024 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024 is hereby modified directing the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on Sunday at 10.00 am., until further order. The other conditions shall hold good.
