(MD).No.3545 of 2019 in Cr.RC(MD).No.242 of 2019 directing the petitioner to report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi first Tuesday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. Pending Criminal Revision Petition.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.KR.BHARATHIKANNAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6822 of 2019 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.3545 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.242 of 2019, dated 31.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

4. In view of the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by the Court.
