2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.17615 of 2017, dated 16.03.2021, has been complied with.

3. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.17615 of 2017, dated 16.03.2021, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed.
