This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 5(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21898 of 2022 dated 12.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and 1/3

considering the grounds raised, Condition No.5(b) is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Valliyur, Tirunelveli District daily at 10.30 a.m. and the respondent Police daily at 05.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.This petition is disposed of accordingly.
