ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, specifically condition No.6(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22900 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024.

2. Mr.T.Leninkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a possibility to foist a false case against the petitioner and his children by the 1/3

respondent-police. Hence, he is unable to comply with the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22900 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024. Therefore, he prays for the modification of condition No.6(b) of the order passed in the said petition.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition stated in Paragraph No.6 (b) of the order in the said petition as far as this petitioner is concerned and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.00 a.m., for four weeks. To this effect, this petition is ordered.
