Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the fourth petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 12.01.2017 and that the investigation is still pending.

is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.
