ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu, who has filed this petition on the premise that the detenu is in the illegal custody of the respondent No.3.

2.Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the detenu was produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenu submitted that she is already under the protection of the petitioner. The mother has also expressed her willingness to take back her daughter/detenu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the statements of the detenu and the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and as the detenu is a major, she is set at liberty.
