ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife seeking production of her husband alleging that her husband may be under the illegal detention of R4 to R8.

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 8. We have also perused the records carefully.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu Rajiv Gandhi is in Malaysia and he is employed at Malaysia and that he is prepared to give the residential address of the detenu as well as the telephone number to the petitioner.

4.Under the said circumstances, it is clear that the detenu is not under the illegal custody of anybody. Hence, the petitioner shall approach the appropriate forum, if there is any further dispute.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(RTI) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
