ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of the patta standing in the name of the first respondent. He wants the patta to be issued in his favour. In this regard the petitioner has submitted the petition mentioned application. The second respondent shall hold an enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent should here the first respondent and all the interested persons before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
