Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of detention made in C.No.B.M.01/Detention/C.P.O./TRC/2018 dated 12.01.2018 on the file of the Commissioner of Police, Tiruchirappalli City, Tiruchirappalli District the 2nd respondent herein, branding the detenue Krishnan @ Kannan S/o.Muniyappan as 'Black Marketer' presently confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District and quash the impugned order of Detention and set him at liberty by producing him before this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.75, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department, dated 02.03.2018, revoking the detention by the Advisory Board.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
