ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.31 of 2018.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that there are four accused in C.C.No.31 of 2018 and the case is now posted for appearance of the accused. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.31 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
