[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenging the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 09.01.2023, the petitioner has filed Writ Petition.
2. Heard Mr.P.Venkata Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Nirmal Kumar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the encroachment has been removed by the respondents on 28.01.2023 and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and hence, this Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
