(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Heard Mrs.Krishnaveni learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent Police.

2.Detenu has been secured by Varadhapalayam Police, Andhrapradesh and handed over to the respondent Police. 3.Detenu informs of having gone over to Andhrapradesh in search of employment. Petitioner, the mother of detenu, has informed of detenu suffering from mental ailment. Detenu has expressed desire to accompany his mother, the petitioner, a course which she too is agreeable to.
